All ages and abilities welcome!
School aged student looking to run and have fun with friends? Adult new to running and looking for a supportive environment to get into the sport? Join us! Already fast and want to be challenged and get even faster? This is right up your alley!
We do ask that children in grade 3 or under join with a parent or guardian to help out.
Our sessions run for eight weeks with two practices per week. While races are not mandatory, each session is designed to prepare participants for two end-of-season races — one road and one trail. Additionally, the fall session will include planning around the Athletics Ontario XC Season.
Practices will take place rain or shine.
The first week of each session will focus on base fitness and general assessment, after which we will divide individuals into appropriate training groups based on age and ability for weeks two through eight.
Location and Times
Our “home base” will be Harbourview Park in Collingwood, but we will mix it up with some “field trips” to great track and trail locations around Collingwood throughout the season.
We’ve moved our weekday practice day this season to Thursday evening at 5:30pm. Saturdays remain the same at 9:00am.
Early Bird Rates!
Register before March 15th and 15% off our usual session rates.
For the Spring Session the cost is $85 for individuals or $300 for a family of 4. After March 15, our rates go up to $100 for individuals, and $350 for a family of 4.
For the Annual Membership which also includes our fall session, our early bird rate is $150 for individuals, and $550 for family of 4. After March 15, our rates go up to $175 for individuals and $650 for a family of 4.

Spring Session
While maintaining running base, our spring program will offer a focus on track distance events for those involved in those disciplines. Our two spring optional races will be the Summit700 trail race on July 6th and the Meaford Harbour 5k Road Race.

Our fall program will be built around the Athletics Ontario XC race season, with the season culminating in the Ontario XC Championships. Our optional fall road race will be the V02 Sports 10km race.
